Koenzym Q 10 60 mg with sesam oil

Coenzyme Q 10 is a fat-soluble substance and therefore Coenzyme Q 10 60 mg + sesame oil is produced in the form of soft gelatin capsules where the active agent is suspended in sesame oil. This oil is characterised by a unique ratio of unsaturated fatty acids. The soft gelatin capsules contain 60 mg of Coenzyme Q 10 and 315 mg of sesame oil. One pack represents approximately two months’ treatment.

Coenzyme Q 10 (vitamin Q) is a substance that occurs naturally in all human body cells. Most of it is present in active cells and in cells under load. That is, the highest levels of Q 10 can be found in the heart, the lungs and the liver. Coenzyme Q 10 is significantly involved in energy production and in protecting cells from free radical damage, i.e. it acts as an antioxidant. However, the amount of Coenzyme Q 10 in the body decreases proportionally with age, so it is advisable to supplement the body with this substance either through the diet or through supplementary nutrition.

Composition:  Sesame oil, gelatine bovine, coenzyme Q10, coconut oil, humectants glycerol and sorbitol, purified water, emulsifiers soybean lecithin and bees wax, soybean oil partially hydrogenated, colour E172.

Contents: 60 soft gelatine capsules.

Dosage: 1 capsule a day. The capsules should be taken with food in the morning. The capsules should be swallowed with a glass of water. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.
