Our company is able to pack both, into Alu/PVC/PVdC blisters and, more recently, also jars.

Upholding the highest standards of manufacturing practice in pharmacy (i.e., SVP/GMP), capsules and tablets packaging is carried out in our manufacturing facilities in the Czech Republic. With two powerful packaging lines, we are able to proficiently pack soft gelatine capsules and tablets into Alu/PVC or PVdC blisters, while our camera system monitors each blister. The packaging process is completed by further equipment which folds the boxes into cartons guaranteeing a professional finish.

In addition, we have recently installed a new packaging line; hence, we are now able to fill both our own manufactured products and those of our partners into stylish jars. This line is equipped with a number of advanced features, such as capsule computing system, a desiccant capsule station, an induction aluminium sealing system, and a labelling device for applying full-circuit labels with the possibility of reprinting batch and expiration numbers.
