All the B vitamins contained in the product help maintain the energy metabolism in balance. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B7 are necessary to ensure that the nervous system works properly. Vitamins B2, B3 and B5 help manage fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamins B2, B3 and B7 help maintain healthy skin, and vitamin B7 is also necessary to maintain healthy hair.

Intake of B vitamins is essential. The main natural sources include yeast, meat, cheese, whole grains (including millet), legumes, and nuts. Therefore, a healthy, varied and balanced diet including these foods is necessary to ensure a sufficient supply of natural B vitamins. However, products containing gluten, or nuts, for example, are often a significant allergen. Therefore, if you cannot obtain B vitamins from the diet, it is better to supply them to the body in the form of a food supplement.

Dosage: Take 1 tablet a day. The tablet should be swallowed with a glass of water. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.
