Food supplement Omega-3 1000 mg contains fish oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids EPA (min 18%) and DHA (min 12%). Unsaturated fatty acids are essential for normal function of the heart (EPA and DHA), brain (DHA) and promote good eyesight (DHA). Beneficial effect for proper function of the heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Beneficial effect on brain function and vision is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

Composition: 1 capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oil – Omega 3. The product also contains gelatine, humectant glycerol and purified water.
Contents: 30 soft gelatine capsules.
Dosage: Children – 1 capsule a day, adults – 1 capsule 3 times a day. The capsules should be taken after meals and swallowed with a glass of water.
The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.
Contraindications: Do not use omega-3 fatty acids in case of:
- blood clotting disorders or if you use any medication affecting blood clotting
- two days before and two days after surgical intervention
- if you have diabetes (high doses above 2,000 mg may increase blood glucose level)
